Greener Pathways takes raw fleece, turns it into yarn by hand, and splits the finished yarn 50/50. You keep half. That other half is how the work gets paid — and how a fiber farm gets built.

Any fleece
Sheep, alpaca, mohair, mixed — if it can be processed, it can come here. You pay shipping both ways.

First in, first done
Boxes are logged as they arrive and worked in that order. The public queue shows first name, city and state, and the animal or fiber type.

Half the finished yarn
The split is 50/50 of what actually comes off the wheel — not the dirty incoming weight. Progress pictures go with each job.

This is not only a swap. It is the first working piece of Greener Pathways: a garage studio in Durant now, land and animals later.

The room already has a skirting table, mini wooden drum carder, hand carders, wool combs, an Ashford blending board, a tabletop loom, an e-spinner, and a drop spindle. An Ashford Kiwi wheel is next.
